What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Pelvic Area?

I have mild throbbing pain that comes and goes in my pelvis on the left leading to my genital area. It usually comes when I feel like I have to go to the bathroom, and it goes away after I urinate. I m not sure if it is a uti or related to my constipation that I experience. I don t have any burning sensations or discolored urine or strange smells though. It just comes and goes throughout my day.

Hi,

With the limited history you have given without even your age/ sex, it must be a urinary tract infection or stones in the kidney or urinary tract. Kindly do a urine routine examination and an ultrasound abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jeevithan Shanmugam
