What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Right Shoulder While On Glucophage?
hi, i have gall bladder stone( pitta) for 5-7 years. my age is 32. unfortunately my blood glucose level also raises on and off and sometimes it raises to 441. i take glucophage tablet 500mg which maintains it but if never take this tablet my condition changes. my body mass also decreases and i have also on and off but severe pain in right shoulder. hair colour is changing from black to white. so kindly guide me. please mention the main cause of this all problem. stress?
All your symptoms are due to uncontrolled diabetes. Apart Glucophage, I'd recommend adding another hypoglycemiant. But first should run diabetes testing (fasting blood sugar, oral glucose tolerance test, HBA1C level) to evaluate the blood sugar (bs) oscillations.
Uncontrolled diabetes is also a type of stress, so you should add multivitamin supplementation to your current diet (B, E, D, calcium, zinc, etc.)
Severe pain should be checked as local joint changes should be ruled out together with cardiovascular issues.
Discuss this further with your caring doctor to change treatment strategy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
