What Causes Recurrent Painful Bumps On My Eyelid?

Hi, I've been having this problem with my eye lately. I keep getting this little bumps on the bottom of my top eyelid. They hurt my eye really bad and it kind of feels like there is dirt in it but I look and there's this little bump there. Please help.

you have to explain whether the bumps are over skin of lid or inside that is conjunctiva. it appears ove lid eye lash base lines.it appears they are sty. treatment for them is appellation. clean the lid margin with sterile swab, and apply neosporie eye ointment over lid margin. check for dandruff over eye brow or scalp. if so treat them with nizral solution. maintain hygiene of face.
