What Causes Recurrent Pimples In Vaginal Labia?

I keep getting a recurrent pimple on my labia. Sometimes it is on the left and other times it is on the right and can appear a bit swollen and red. It is not painful and goes away after a few days. At times there are multiple heads. Just the idea of having to look at it makes me so uncomfortable. Why does this keep happening?
