What Causes Recurrent Pneumonia Along With Dizziness And Fatigue?

Thank you. My best friend is 70yrs old and in general good health. Now he has had two bouts with pneumonia. This last time he did not get medical help due to health insurance problems. He was sick in December at Christmas. We are now in March and he now becomes winded very easy, fatigued easy, and resently has had dizzy spells with legs not wanting to work. He does have bradycardia.
