What Causes Recurrent Rashes At The Back Of The Hand In A Diabetic Patient?

Hi, my friend is 18 years old with type one diabetes, she says she gets this rash on the back of her hand that comes back at around the same time every year. I am aware she lost her pancreas and uses a specific pump after she eats meals. Her mental health is starting to impact her in a negative way and she is afraid its due to the rash. My question for you is, what can she do in order to relieve this rash if it is affecting her mental health?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your friend experience with recurrent rashes at the back of her hand following a history of type 1 diabetes I will suggest let her take the following medications hydrocortisone cream loratyl

Ultimately let her take her prescribed antidiabetic medication if in case none is available she can start with insulin and metformin and check her sugar level regularly

I hope this helps Regards
