What Causes Recurrent Rashes On Different Parts Of The Body?

I keep getting large hickey like marks on different parts of my legs, they go away and then reappear couple weeks later in different spots. first time was the inside of my thigh, and this time on my upper thigh almost my hips... Anyone know what it could be ?
