What Causes Recurrent Rashes On The Body?

Q I have a question about a skin rash. I have a rare autoimmune complex, including many overlap diseases, and have frequent rashes, but this is different than usual. A total body rash, non itchy, with extreme swelling in underlying tissues. Any ideas?
