HELLO ALL, I AM MALE, 29 YEARS OLD, WEIGHT-70 KG. I HAVE A SKIN PROBLEM. I HAVE A RED SPOTS ON MY FACE. ALSO, PIMPLES COME ON MY FACE DAY BY DAY. SOMETIMES IN WHITE COLOUR OR RED COLOUR. SOME TELL ME THAT YOU HAVE VERY HEAT IN YOUR BODY, CONTROL HEAT IN YOUR BODY . I HAD CONSULT SOME SKIN SPECIALIST BUT I DID NOT GET RESULT. BASICALLY I AM FROM MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY. SO I CANNOT AFFORD EVERY TIME TO CONSULT FROM ANOTHER SPECIALIST AND THERE EXPENSIVE MEDICINES. SO, PLEASE YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS SKIN PROBLEM.
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
