What Causes Recurrent Red Eye In The Corner Of Eye?

I have a red eye in the corner....it is usually there for a couple of days and then goes. When I first got it about 6 months ago I had it about every month or longer but now I am getting it every couple of weeks. i only occasionally get pain in the corner of my eye and it is mostly in my left eye What do you recomend I do?

The redness is eye is sign for an injury or inflammation following any infection. Please rinse your eye regularly with clean water using an eye cup. Please use a clean cloth (hanker-chief) separate for wiping for eyes other than used for other purpose. If still the problem persists visit an eye specialist.
