What Causes Recurrent Rosacea Infection?

in June-July of this year, I was diagnosed with having rosacea. With treatment of antibiotics taken orally, gel and cream seemed to have worked for me. Now, my rosacea has reappeared, but I have no idea as to what to do other than use cream and gel the dr previously ordered. Should I contact my dermatologist or my family doctor?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you have the names of the medications that you used that helped you then your family doctor should be able to prescribe them for you.

If the medications are not as effective this time around then you may need to see your dermatologist for a review and change in medication.

I hope this helps
