Hi, about four years ago I had some lesions excised from my vulva (labia minora). They turned out to be seborrhoeic keratoses and I was discharged. They have appeared again in the same area, coloured darkish brown, they are completely flat and painless with no swelling, redness, itching, in fact I only checked as I was looking at the scar from my previous surgery. Is it normal for SK to come back? I don t particularly want to go through the operation again if they are okay to leave. I am caucasian, aged 46. Not sure how long they have been present as I rarely check the area, there are no lesions on the labia majora
