What Causes Recurrent Severe Headache?

I had the most painful headache for about one hour after my second line of method Tonight....the pain is finally starting to subside. I didn t do anything different from any other time....what should I do...was going to go to ER but pain went down and I m going to follow up with .y primary about hypertension and some other things. Do you think I m okay until I get to primary care physician.

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of headache is anxiety and depression and it need to be tried first and for that try to come out of the stress condition, try some relaxation therapy, have enough of sleep hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
