What Causes Recurrent Shoulder Pain While Suffering From Degenerative Lung Disease?

i have pain near my shoulder blade and the only way to get it to subside is to lay down for awhile then i can get up again but soon i have to repeat laying down i have degenerative lung and i cough up rusty colour clear mucus how can i work with the pain and carry on everyday living?

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm could be likely condition and in my opinion this can be well treated with, "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day try to maintain good posture while sleep hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
