What Causes Recurrent Skin Patches On Scrotum And Penis Despite Using Sebifin?

hello sir i am 23 years old and I had skin patches on the skin of scrotum and abdomen area but by doctors prescription i used sebiflin cream and anti fungal powder and they were all gone.But now similar skin patches i can see on my penis tip area and on upper skin of penis as well. They are exactly similar but they dint create itching like feeling like it used to be on abdominal area. My query is can i use or should i apply sebiflin cream on that part also to get rid of it. Is is safe to apply sebiflin cream on area around penis ??

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Fungal infections can recur if not treated properly. You can use sebifin ( terbinafine ) on the area of penis also. It is better to take oral anti fungal agents like fluconazole along with the topic agents. If you were my patient I would suggest taking fluconazole tablet weekly once for 1 month. This will stop recurrence. Taking vitamin C also helps in getting fast recovery.
