What Causes Recurrent Small Red Bumps Around Eyes?

Hi, I have small red bumps that flare up around my eye. I went to the Dr. and got a cort treatment, but this helps temporarily, but it always comes back. The bumps aren't really itchy or painful...the area will get swollen after a while though. They aren't puss-filled or look like ingrown hair follicles.

Thankyou for the Question
Brief...There can be many causes of red bumps, Autoimmune disease, allergy or infection
Detail... it depends that what triggers recurrent red bumps around your eyes, for example allergy ,infection etc..In my opinion you should be evaluated for autoimmune disease(Dermatomyositis).....But first I would like to know that if you have other symptoms also, for example...muscle pain,Red bumps on knuckles of back of the hands, tiredness, joint pain etc..As I doubt about your temporarily relieving symptoms after having steroids..As if yes ,all goes positive with autoimmune disease.
Still red bumps can properly be evaluated if seen by Rheumatologist and then You can go ahead for the further evaluation.Even if you can upload a picture of red bumps for further discussion.
If you have any other quiry plz do not hesitate to ask..
