What Causes Recurrent Swelling Of Calf Muscles In Left Leg?
Hi, My father has been having his calves swell. The is goes away. Then it swells up again. his feet do not swell though. It happens mainly in his left leg, then the other but not always. It never starts at the same time in each leg, but some times they are swollen during the same time. It swells from on half inch to one and a half inch from normal. He does have a continuous Atrial Fib that he is on medicine for. He had a sonograham of his arteries in his groin area I think and they came back with nothing. What do you think this could be?

Hello dear regarding your father swelling at his left calf muscle I am suggesting a likely diagnosis of heart disease let him go to a nearby diagnostic center let them conduct a chest x-ray ECG meanwhile let him take tablet lasix tablet kotase pending the outcome of the result
