What Causes Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection After Intercourse?

Hi, im 35 years old, my problem is having frequently uti the next day after having intercourse, will AF kit cure my problem and there is a presence of frequent e-coli in my culture report. will this uti affect my conceiving last 2years im trying for pregnancy. Kindly advice. Thanks, pooja

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you should get a urine routine, microscopy, and culture done to see if there is any infection or not. You can take some antibiotic according to the culture report. UTI generally don't affect fertility. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of inability to conceive.
