What Causes Recurring UTI Along With Pain In Back And Shoulders?

Hello, for the past couple of months I have been having a recurrent UTI. The doctors keep giving antibiotics and goes away then returns. I did an ultrasound my bladder is normal but I pee very often very little. I know all the donts and I do all the do s. I want to why it keeps on coming back I asked if its because of my scoliosis she said no. So what is it? I also get back pains neck and shoulder too at times. One side of my rib is bulging out and I also get shocks regular (almost like gas). I m not sure if there is any relation.
