Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Female urethra is very close to anus. So wrong method of cleaning can give infection from that side. When you clean go in single direction from the side of vagina towards a anus. Using intimate wash daily for washing vagina is also good. Take cranberry juice or barley, sodium hydrogen citrate syrup in water to dilute urine and for relieving burning symptoms. Do culture of urine and take antibiotics if it is positive.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
