Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be recurrent urinary tract infections. Change in normal vaginal PH and bacterial flora can be the reason for this. Milky vaginal discharge can be most likely due to yeast infection. Continuous antibiotic therapy also can cause this. Using clotrimazole cream ( monistat ) for local application and oral fluconazole will be helpful to clear this.
Urine routine examination as well as culture and sensitivity should be done to rule out urinary infection. Ultrasound examination will be needed to rule out any problems like kidney stones or pelvic inflammatory disease also. In case of positive infection a proper antibiotic therapy according to culture report will e helpful to clear your problem.
You can use intimate wash or V wash daily to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. Salt or warm water can be used.
Hope this ma help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
