What Causes Recurring Abdominal Cramps With Lower Back Pain And Dizziness?

Hi I ve been cramping on and off for the last two days my lower back hurts and while I was at work tonight I got dizzy and tingly feeling in my face and hands I felt like I was gonna pass out it lasted about 30 seconds my last period was September 6-8 it was light the period before that was August 10-12 and it also was light I took a pregnancy test about a week ago came back negative I had diareah yesterday I also keep having a sharp pain going through my boobs periodically and feel like they let down I also have been moody and emotiona. Should I be concerned?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurring abdominal cramps with lower back pain and dizziness . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , panic attackKidney stones , medication reaction or side-effect , anemia and acute kidney failure .I would suggest you to not to bend forward , drink green tea with ginger thrice a day , do not eat spicy and heavy food, take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take proper rest . Consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor will take history and order test . Doctor may refer you to gastroenterologist or ENT specialist for proper examination if the probelm will be realted with gastric or ear infection .
