What Causes Recurring Abdominal Discomfort With Breathlessness?

Hi there my question is that lately I have been starting to have wired feelings where I feel like my tummy is turning inside out and I m going to throw up. I am not nervous or stressed about anything since it s been happening for a while. I sometimes feel like it s home sickness but it can happen at home or when I m with my family. I get them mostly everyday my stomach turns and I gag on air like I can t breath and my body completely freezes and sometimes get adrenaline in my stomach and at my spine. I have noticed that it happens at the most random moments and I m not stressed about anything but happens 2+ a day for a couple of seconds + thank you

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be vague and not because of any disease but could be nonspecific some time may be due to dyspepsia and this may not need any treatment, just wait for some time and everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
