What Causes Recurring Accumulation Of Liquids In Knee With Pain?

Hi,

My cousin is living in Iran and has a long time knees inflation and pain .any tme the doctor removed some liquds from his knees ,but it will be back again .

Could you please let me know what is the cause of his disease and whethe this type of cure is correct?
