What Causes Recurring Acne, Pimples Like Whiteheads And Dry Skin On Face?

hEy doctor there is problem i was sufring from acne 1 years before but in middle it stops automatically and i was happy but now it starts again now my skins dry and small pimples like whiteheads came on my face but it starts from when nightfall starts and 1 thing more i want to tell the main rezon it starts from when i am doing fasting bcz there is ramdan and there u can say like i am drinking water in small quantity so plzz help i am so worried thanks....

Hi dear ,

The pimples and white heads occur to oily skin . Beside that there are other reasons also like stress hormonal changes and certain medications . I would suggest you to :-

Wash your face with cold water and facewash containing benzoyl peroxide .

Apply cream containing azelaic acid after washing your face .

Exfoliate your skin twice a week .

Apply vitamin E oil at night .

If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( clindamycin) .
