Hello,

I can understand your concern. It seems that you are suffering from ear infection that is causing pain in the forehead as referred pain.

I would advise you to take antibiotics. You can take Cefixime 200 mg (Topcef) twice a day for 5 days. For the pain, you can take over the counter available medications such as Acetaminophen 500 mg or Ibuprofen 400 mg up to thrice in a day.

However, if the pain does not subside in 5 days, you should visit a physician or an ENT specialist for clinical examination and further investigations.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
