What Causes Recurring Blister Like Blood Filled Bumps On Testicles?
Im a 30 year old man. I have small blood filled bubbles that are almost blister like on my testicular sack. They arent painful but I popped one and it bled continously for about 30 minutes. With close examination I can see that they are attached to small blood vessels and appear almost like they re broken causing a small blood filled bubble to appear on top of the skin. I have approximatly 12 as of now, gaining from 1 - 3 new per month.
Hello dear Understand your concern. I think you are suffering from angiokeratoma of fordecy. It is a benign lesion of capillary due to hyperkeratization. It is generally asymptomatic. But require treatment when it is associated with pain, redness, itching and cosmetic reasons.
Do not popup it. It can cause infection and abscess formation Definitive diagnosis is made by the dermatologist by taking biopsy from the lesions.
Advice: Do not pop up the lesion Apply neosporin and candid powder Wear loose cotton inner wear Keep the area clean and dry Use liquid lotion based on the vitamins and minerals
Best treatment is excision by laser or nitrogen cryosurgery
Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
