Hello dear Understand your concern. I think you are suffering from angiokeratoma of fordecy. It is a benign lesion of capillary due to hyperkeratization. It is generally asymptomatic. But require treatment when it is associated with pain, redness, itching and cosmetic reasons. Do not popup it. It can cause infection and abscess formation Definitive diagnosis is made by the dermatologist by taking biopsy from the lesions.
