What Causes Recurring Blisters On The Breast Oozing Pus And Blood?

I have several lumps in my breast/ chest area. One on the bone which is hard and hurts if you press. One really hurts, it is reoccurring. It starts with a lump under the skin it is the underside of my left breast, it then bleeds and woozes pus and then flesh starts pushing out. I cannot wear a bra and moving around involving bending just makes it feel like a sharp pain.I have had it for at least a couple years, it starts to heal and rip through. I have had antibiotics at least 6 times to clear it, once for 5 months. Also have used tcp, dermol, epsom salts( help it dry out), sudocrem and salcura antibacterial spray. It will go for a couple weeks at most. I have tried dressing it and the flesh sticks so I end up ripping flesh.
