What Causes Recurring Blisters On The Legs?

I have recurring blister and they have green infection prior to having blosyers, some times it feel like little bugs crawling onside my legs. I have poor circulation, retain lots of fluids. Is this going to be on going and will it affect other parts of my body. Right now it s in my legs

Current blister issue is a localised condition.

Care with a sterile dressing, systemic antibiotics, foot elevation, correction of limb circulation is a vital part of recovery.
