What Causes Recurring Blood Filled Blisters On Nose?

Hi, a couple of days ago bloody scab like boogers have taken over my nose. I can feel them there and they hurt quite a bit. Every time I remove them, they just come back in the exact same area! What can I do to get rid of them? And what might have caused this to happen? Thanks!

well come to HCM
Such mucus formation could be due to cold condition and may be because of some allergic condition to get rid of this try antihistamine and best drug would be Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, steam inhalation, saline nasal spray, drink more water, just gently clean the nose, try this it would be fine soon, take care and have a nice day.
