What Causes Recurring Blurry Vision With A History Of Having Optic Neuritis?

Hi . I have MS and one episode of optic neuritis once - 4 years ago. Sunday, I began to have a sudden onset of intermittent blurred vision in my left eye. It got worse over the course of a day, but then yesterday it was 100% fine. Today, intermittent blurring again - mostly in my periphery - it comes and goes. Could this be something else?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think it's related to optic neuritis. Should consult immediately with eye specialist. Meanwhile, do measure your blood pressure and record the results for reference. Keep your eyes well clean.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
