What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Breathlessness And Hemoptysis?

I started having great difficulty breathing, and coughing up blood about one year ago. I was admitted to a hospital, and given an extensive regimen of tests and antibiotics. here, a year later, i still have many of the same problems. excercise seems to make it worse. especially cardiovascular excersises. I have had bronchioscopy, M.R.Is, and x-rays, and tuberculosis tests, all to no avail. Im desperate.
