What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Dizziness And Loss Of Peripheral Vision?

Tired feel week had a spell where i almost fainted narrow tunnel visson and dizzyness a few weeks ago went to my dr and she ran a battery of tests with no results of what it may be other then put me back on blood pressure meds been taking them and still feel dizzy if i try and do any thing some times a slight headache will develop

Hello,

Tunnel vision with dizziness and headache are grave signs of underlying problem and should not be without reason. Following causes may be sorted out such as:
- Problems with retina
- Fovea or macula disorders as macular degeneration or others
- Changes in the lens curvature or sensitivity with myopia or hyperopia
- Pineal or pitutary lesions
- Compression over optic chiasm
- Others

Kindly share all of your reports such as MRI brain or others for the further comments in this case.
