What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Fainting?

Hi, I m a very healthy person. I just ran a marathon in May. What concerns me is that I have fainted twice in the last year. Both times I got tunnel vision and in a matter of seconds I passed out. The first time I was taken to the emergency room. The doctor said it was just a healthy person fainting. They did an EKG, and gave me an IV of fluids. The second time I passed out this weekend in a hotel lobby. A doctor happened to be right behind me and caught me before I hit the floor. He said that I should see a neurologist.

You need to get a brain CT Scan to look for any space occupying lesions like tumor, abscess, cysts. Also of you have low or high blood sugar, you could get the symptoms.
