General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it can be related to stress and anxiety. Avoid caffeine beverages and coffee. Using atenolol can be advisable to help normalize the heart rate.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
