What Causes Recurring Breakout Of Itchy, Red Hives On Body?
I have severe breakout sessions mainly at night. Down my back and both arms. However, I can spread it anywhere if I scratch any part of my body. It can happen anytime of day, but mainly at night. I went to a dermatologist 2 years ago and she just told me I have high levels of histamine and put me on allergy meds. It doesnt happen during the summer months, just the winter. major hives, itchy, red, and my skin feels like burning.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring breakout of itchy, red hives on body which seems to be due to allergic reaction and due to compromised immunity of body. It seems you have increased susceptibility of getting infected. Need not to worry. Avoid touching or pricking with any sharp object. You should take plenty of fluids. You should visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after thorough examination. You should get skin patch test and blood test done. Apply cold compresses on skin. Drink plenty of fluids. Take proper course of antibiotics such as Amoxicillin along with antihistamine medications.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
