What Causes Recurring Bruises On The Inner Thigh?

I consistently get bruises on my inner thigh on top of what feels like a main artery, should I be concerned? It feels like a busted vein and hurts for days sometimes before a huge bruise appears. I m only 28 but my grandmother was diagnosed with heart disease when in her 30 s, and to be honest I ve done a lot of damage to my body in my early 20 s. I m worried bc my heart rhythm is erratic at times and tends to slow to almost a stop then will work itself back to normal but it only last a few seconds when that happens.

You have to mention the cause , areas (specific), how frequent does the bruise on your body, they are pulsatile as you feel the lupp dupp i am assuming. There are various reasons for a bruise - injury, some blood related diseases,etc. I would request you to please be specific of your symptoms & post another query. But as you have a family history of cardiac diseases it would be better if you could get yourself some investigation:-
1.chest xray, ecg
2. cbc, kft, lft, cardiac enzymes, iron profile, s. electrolytes, BT and CT,
3. blood culture and sensitivity
4. urine culture and senstivity.
As advice ,do visit a local practioner regarding the erractic heart rate
keep drugs { atorva , ecospirin and nitrostat } ALWAYS in your nearest pocket, BUT ONLY CONSUME WHEN YOU HAVE A CONSTRICTING CHEST PAIN RADIATING TO YOU LEFT ARM.
Make sure you DONOT consume unhealthy food or continue any kind of addiction ( if you have addiction).
