What Causes Recurring Bruising With Small Dots On The Thigh?

Hello, i get a bruise in the same spot every other week or every two weeks. I am born with spina bifida and am paraylzed from around the waist down and sometimes it takes a while to notice brusing, is there a reason why there are litttle dots on the bruise and why i keep bruiesing in the same area on my thigh

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bruising with small dots on the thigh. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like folicullitis , allergic reaction , fungal infection or purpura . But in your case the symptoms are probably due to purpura . Purpura, also called blood spots or skin hemorrhages. Purpura occurs when small blood vessels burst, causing blood to pool under the skin. It occur due to certain reasons like disorders affecting blood clotting , certain medications , inflammation in the blood vessels or scurvy. I would suggest you to consult genera;l practitioner for proper examination . Doctor will take history or check platelet count and treat according to diagnosis .
