General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

i am a general surgeon, and maybe i could help you. first, where is your carbuncle located? it is best if you consult with your doctor, preferably a gynecologist if it is in your vaginal area, otherwise a general surgeon may also be of help. based from your description, and due to its recurrence, a clinical examination is best. further diagnostics (such as ultrasound or scan) might be requested if the lesion is extensive. management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
