What Causes Recurring Chest Pain And Sleep Disorder?

hi sir,iam glad to see u.my name is sattar,iam totally exhausted with all the negative feelings in my brain like doubting that i may commit suicide,i may shout loudly in the calm environment of office etc.due to this iam unable to concentrate on my work and feeling nervous,iam suffering with intense chest pain n sleeping disorders.im taking treatment from a local hospital and taking medicines from past 2 months,they improved me a little bit but not completely.what should i do to overcome this problem??????

hello sattar, i understand your concerns - it seems you are having some unwanted distressing ideas and impulses which you are struggling to resist but can not - along with difficulty concentrating, and sleep issues with bodily discomfort - These kind of symptoms fit into description of "Obsessive compulsive Disorder (OCD) and the condition is treatable - however you should visit the specialist for this order that is a "Psychiatrist" who may after evaluation would prescribe you medicines like fluoxetine/paroxetine/clomipramine etc along with some behavioral techniques to deal with the thoughts . hope i answered your query- any further queries are welcome - if satisfied please rate the answer
