General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I agree that the symptoms can be related to a lack of immune system. I recommend to take a multivitamin supplement which should contain vitamin C, D, B6 and Zink. I also suggest to eat healthy and exercise regularly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
