Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your children are having symptoms of recurring cough and cold which is due to severe upper respiratory infection , sinusitis and it could be due to poor immunity of child. Apply mist humidifiers in room and give child throat soothing agents. I would suggest you to visit pediatrician once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray done so as to detect level of infection and treatment can be started accordingly. You should take combination of antibiotic Levofloxacin along with antihistamine such as Levocetirizine. Give them proper diet to boost the immunity. You should do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. You should avoid cold carbonated beverages.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
