General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, chest pain, with burning sensation and fullness is very likely to be caused by a stomach problem. You may use some over the counter antacids like gaviscon and omeprazole. Avoid spicy foods and too much alcohol. Hope it will be fine.

If not fine or pain is too much, you may see your doctor, especially to do a scan for gall bladder stones.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
