What Causes Recurring Dizziness, Headache And Pain In Chest?

i am a male 48yrs iwas hospitalise sometime last year complaining of dizziness and head ache later i was having spasm i was being treated with calsium intrav inj. and some high BP drugs, i later visited cairo where i did lots of test including endoscopy becouse of pain in the chest the results was that i am having lower end congestion etc and another test on my neck of which the result says certain bone is touching my code etc now i use to have like pain across my chest front and back when it comes my sight will blurr and my head will be heavy with slight head ache and dizziness
