What causes dizziness? Fine when got out of bed. Took student to school. Got out of car. Walking into house had to lean on post. Sat down for a couple of hours. About 4 hours have passed and still feel unsteady. Better but not completely back to normal. Take Propranolol for hbp.
Hello This is probably benign vertigo--a problem with the inner ear.
Usually it runs its course in a day or two but since it could be a sign of a brain tumor, an acoustic neuroma--tumor of the acoustic cranial nerve--of a sign of multiple sclerosis, you need to see your doctor for an evaluation
