What Causes Recurring Dizzy Spells Along With Headaches And Chest Pain?

In the past three weeks I ve been to er three times. For dizziness, headaches, and chest pain. They did an EKG, head and chest ct scan, took blood twice, and did two x chest x rays. If there was something major wrong they would have found it right? Such as cancer anywhere, heart disease. They would have found any type of cancer in the blood work right?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurring dizzy spells along with headaches and chest pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , medication reaction or side-effect , dehydration , anxiety disorder or diabetes . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to rule out condition like inner ear infection and meniere's disease as well as to cardiologist for angina or heart attack like problem . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist for for cardiac condition like angina .
