What Causes Recurring Dizzy Spells Along With Migraine Headaches?

Hi. I have been recently having multiple dizzy spells throughout the day and along with these I have also been having migraines and other headaches. Its been going on for the past couple of days. Also I have found that it is hard to see in my right eye when I start to get the headaches. Yesterday I was walking and I started to have one of these spells and my friends noted that I was extremely pale. Once I sat down for a while I got my color back, but I still didn t feel alright. Im just wandering if you may know what these symptoms could point towards and if I need to see a physician as soon as possible?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizzy spells along with migraine headaches . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like tumor , migraine its self , ear problem like meniere's disease and sinusitis . I would suggest you to avoid bending forward , drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Also avoid bright light or noisy environment . Consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , blood test , examination of ear with otoscope and rotatory chair test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin for sinusitis or ear infection , antiemetic drug along with Meniett Device . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist in case of problem related to head .
