What Causes Recurring Dull Throbbing Pain Around Right Testicle?

Hi.I have been having a dull throbbing pain around my right testicle. There is no swelling or abnormalities but the testicle feels tight. I had the same problem a couple of years ago and the doctors at the V.A. could find nothing wrong. The pain has been coming and going for three months now and it`s very annoying. I have not been sexually active for many years. I do have night sweats often and occasionally have been getting naucious ,don`t know if it`s related. Also lacking normal energy level?Thank You

Hi

Whats your age? Do you happen to try to self please yourself?

Like our other parts of body testes too need to perform their function regularly in order to be in normal shape.

If you are not sexually active, try self satisfaction practices in a normal and healthy amount and you should be okay

If pain still persists or you feel pain during act, try consulting a gynecologist for it.

Thanks
