What Causes Recurring Episodes Of Subconjunctival Haemorrhage In The Eye?

I keep having repeated bouts of subconjunctival hemorrhage in left eye. Since Christmas 2015 I had epoxies every two weeks. I went to an eye doctor and he said my eyes were fine that I needed to see a medical doctor. In the past year have developed trigger finger (middle finger) on left hand and mild trigger finger on right hand the same finger. My hands are always stiff especially the left hand and gets worse at night. I also have GERD but medicines when I take for long periods seem to make even worse with acid coming up into throat. I have had blood work for blood sugar,lupus, arthritis, and to check blood clotting time all of which they say are fine. In the past few years I have done the glucose test, 2 hour test and 3 hour test. Both of them came back as pretty severe hypoglycemia. Something has to be causing these repeated bouts of subconjuctiatis.
