What Causes Recurring Fainting Spells With Pain In Ankle Joint?

For the last 5years the pain in my back ,hips,knees 2 surgerys now ankle joint it has progressively gotten to the point no sitting standing to long I dont know what s happening to me I have always been a physical labor type person made me feel good able to out do my brother I start swelling this happens 3x every couple of months last time it looks like the fluid has eaten the mucle on left side my skin was really starting to worry and have had 3 episodes of blacking out I remember nothing eve Please if you can help me figure out what s happening to me I Thank You lany ideas

I think you this situation is possibly related to arthritis rather than muscle issues. You should get tested for arthritis doing anti ANA antibodies and ERS.
